About the Role:
If you're looking for a Weekend-focused schedule with weekdays off, Executive Construction Homes is seeking a Land Development Crew Manager to lead and manage field crews performing residential land development and site work across Elgin and surrounding communities including Lugoff, Camden, Blythewood, Kershaw, Ridgeway, Rion, and Westville.
This is a hands-on leadership role focused on execution, safety, productivity, and consistency across grading, utilities, and site preparation. The role is critical to ensuring weekend work aligns seamlessly with weekday operations.
This role follows a weekend-focused schedule totaling 36 hours and includes full benefits:
- Friday: Noon - 6:00 PM.
- Saturday & Sunday: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
- Monday: 6:00 AM - Noon.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead land development crews on active residential job sites.
- Oversee daily field operations including grading, clearing, utilities, and site prep.
- Conduct a structured handoff on Fridays with the weekday crew to understand job status, priorities, and open items.
- Run weekend operations in alignment with the work, standards, and sequencing established by the weekday crew.
- Ensure weekend work supports project schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Complete a clear handoff on Mondays so weekday crews can resume work without delays or rework.
- Enforce safety standards, job-site organization, and productivity expectations.
- Communicate progress, issues, and needs clearly to project leadership.
Accountability & Expectations:
- Accountable for job-site execution from Friday through Monday.
- Responsible for maintaining consistency between weekday and weekend work.
- Owns safety, productivity, and organization during assigned shifts.
- Expected to identify and escalate issues early, not after problems compound.
- Success is measured by clean handoffs, steady progress, minimal rework, and safe operations.
What We're Looking For:
